ESL Teacher for Young Learners in Seoul
About this position
DongDae Mun Poly School is seeking ESL teachers for a full-time position starting in September 2026. The school is located in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea, and offers a vibrant work environment in central Seoul. You will be part of a diverse team of 9 foreign teachers in a professional and supportive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Teach kindergarten and elementary school students aged 4-12 years old.
- Teach classes with a maximum of 12 students per class.
- Each class is 40 minutes long.
- The curriculum and materials are provided, so only simple preparation is needed before class.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am to 6:50 pm
- Friday: 9:30 am to 6:05 pm
- No weekend classes

Qualifications
- Native English speakers from the US, Canada, UK, New Zealand, or Australia
- Eligible for an E-2 visa or holding an F-visa
- Gyopos are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
- Valid passport with at least 13 months remaining
- Genuine interest in teaching young learners
- Willingness to work in a multicultural setting
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with preschool to elementary-aged students, teaching or education certifications, and TEFL/TESOL certifications
