Western International School was established in western Honduras, Santa Rosa de Copán. We are a bilingual institution that started with one campus in Santa Rosa de Lima. After the first campus's amazing success, we expanded to one of the largest and most populous cities in our country: San Pedro Sula.
Our mission as an institution is to improve education in our country by offering an integrated education that includes characteristics and instills competencies such as academic excellence, scientific investigation, guidance in the development of liberal arts, and other skills, while reinforcing moral values and much more.
We work hard to build a team of teachers who are committed to continuous improvement, and above all, a team that puts forth a daily effort to help and guide our children in every way.
We treat our teachers with respect and support, working as a team and looking out for each other. In addition, we do all we can to help teachers go through the adaptation process to our culture and educational system in the best way possible.
