About Us
Our team includes 40 teachers across four schools. Teachers stay with us for an average of two years, and many joined through referrals from current staff. Ningbo is a clean, medium-sized Chinese city with plenty of modern conveniences and a rich history. It is also great for travel to nearby cities and sights: Shanghai is two hours away, and Hangzhou is just over an hour away. Bamboo forests surrounding Ningbo are home to world-class temples and historical sites.
Students and Classes
Our students are fun and full of energy. They are 3-17 years old and are placed according to age and ability in classes of no more than 13 students. We provide teaching materials, digital resources, and multimedia-capable classrooms with interactive whiteboards.

Qualifications
- Native-level English speakers
- University graduates
- At least 2 years of post-graduation English teaching experience
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: 16,000+ before tax per month (negotiable depending on teaching experience)
- Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB before tax per month
- Yearly flight allowance: 9,000 RMB
- Visa and document authentication cost reimbursement: full reimbursement with invoices/receipts
- Yearly performance bonus: up to 3,000 RMB
- Holiday: 11 days of public holidays plus 10 extra days
- Housing is not included. Our staff help locate apartments for teachers in their desired price range.
