Training School ESL Job Description

• Location: Daqing city, Heilongjiang province, China
• Contract Term: One year, starting in Nov. 2026
• Students' Age: 3 to 18 years old
• Work Days: Five days a week, with two days off per week
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Remuneration and Benefits

• Salary: CNY 20,000 per month
• Accommodation: Free independent apartment or a housing allowance of CNY 1,500 per month
• Holidays: Fully paid 13 days of Chinese public holidays and 10 days of annual leave per year
• Bonus: CNY 5,000 upon contract fulfillment
• Airfare Allowance: CNY 9,000 airfare reimbursement upon contract fulfillment
• Insurance: Accident insurance

Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or above
