About this position
Varee Chiangmai School is seeking dedicated teachers for the 2026 academic year beginning in April. We are hiring one-year, full-time positions in both our primary and secondary departments. Interviews will be arranged for candidates willing to commit to the full-year role. All candidates must demonstrate effective teaching through a successful demo lesson.
About Us
Varee Chiangmai School is located near the city center and provides modern facilities and well-equipped classrooms. The school is licensed to teach both Thai and International Curricula and is recognized in Northern Thailand for this dual licensure.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons within an integrated curriculum
- Use project-based and active learning approaches (preferred)
- Engage learners effectively and demonstrate teaching ability in a demo lesson
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Teaching qualification from an accredited institution (TEFL certificates are appreciated but are not accepted as a professional teaching qualification)
- Native English speaker holding a passport from the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
