Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional and engaging lessons in in-person, online, and hybrid class settings.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to students of different levels, ages, and nationalities.
  • Apply effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Administer diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments.
  • Assign, review, and provide timely feedback on homework and student performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, including creating engaging multimedia learning materials.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Organize and participate in social, cultural, and extracurricular activities, including sports, events, and excursions.
  • Attend training sessions and actively contribute to professional development programs.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in events, creating content, and promoting academy activities.
  • Contribute to marketing by taking photos and videos for social media and promotional use.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for inspections and quality assurance processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
  • TEFL / CELTA (or equivalent certification).
  • Passport holders from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage students in interactive learning.

Benefits

  • Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM.
