Salary & Benefits

International Schools

• Monthly Salary: Approx: 63,897,400 VND (2,460 USD) – 90,266,100 VND (3,470 USD)
• Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with lunch break)
• Holidays: Summer & winter vacations
• Vacation pay: 50% – 80% of regular salary
• 7–10 days paid home leave per year with travel reimbursement
• Some schools cover travel for one family member
• Accommodation: Free apartment or housing allowance

Language Training Centers

• Monthly Salary: Approx: 63,897,400 VND (2,460 USD) – 90,266,100 VND (3,470 USD)
• Working Hours: 5 days per week, 40 hours total
• Weekdays: Afternoon & evening; Weekends: Full day
• Holidays: Winter vacation + public holidays; paid leave after 1 year
• Accommodation: Free housing or housing allowance

Job Requirements

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree (language major preferred)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience
• No criminal record
• Good health (medical check required)
• Candidates with formal English teaching experience are preferred
