English Teacher in Thailand

Openbook Teachers is hiring ESL teachers for placements in Thailand for the May 2026 to March 2027 term. Positions are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Locations and Positions:

• Phetchabun Province — High school: Conversational English, Mathematics & Health (special subjects require a degree in the related field). Native English Speakers (NES) only.
• Korat Province — Primary School: 1x Conversational English (NES & NNES, Female only).
• Bangkok and Chonburi Provinces — Primary School: 2x Conversational English (NES, Female only).
• Placements include kindergarten, primary and high school levels.

Contract and Compensation:

• Term: May '26 - March '27.
• Contract length: 5 or 10 months, renewable, with a 10,000 THB bonus.
• Salary starts from 33,000 THB per month (for Native English Speakers).
• Non-B work visa and work permit are provided.

Responsibilities:

• Teach conversational English five days a week (Monday–Friday).
• Approximately 20 hours of classes per week plus about 15 hours of office time.
• Teaching materials/curriculum are provided; you may also use your own lesson plans.

Requirements:

• Must be a Native English Speaker only (age between 22–38).
• Hold a bachelors degree.
• Teaching experience and TEFL/TESOL, etc.
