English Teacher in Jiujiang or Nanchang

KingBay Science is hiring an English teacher for schools in Jiujiang or Nanchang, Jiangxi. The start date is mid to late August 2026.

This is a Canadian-owned and managed school that has been operating since 2018. We now have two schools, one in Jiujiang and one in Nanchang, Jiangxi. It is an excellent job with a stress-free environment and no Chinese interference. You will work with me and a few other foreign teachers.

Position Details

• Take-home salary: RMB 15,000 per month
• With overtime, the salary is usually about RMB 18,000 per month
• Maximum class size: 8 students
• Prepared lessons are provided
• You will teach English, Lego, and National Geographic classes
• Experience teaching children aged 4 to 12 is preferred

Schedule

• 2 days off during the weekdays
• 20 classes per week, with each class lasting 40 minutes
• Overtime is paid after that
• You will have 12 classes during the week and 12 to 16 classes on the weekend
• Monday to Friday: 5:50 pm to 8:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 8:30 pm
• No office hours and no lesson preparation are needed
• At times, such as during camps, extra hours are required to assist with preparation, and camp classes are fully paid overtime
• Please be at the school 15 minutes before your classes

• During unpaid holidays, camps are run in the mornings a few weeks before each holiday, so you actually receive more than half of your salary

Requirements

• Teachers from Canada, the U.S.A., the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa are preferred
• The employer will only reply to teachers from these countries
