English Teacher in Harbin

Teach with one of Harbin's top schools. California Sunshine (Sunshine International Language Center) is hiring English teachers to work with children, teens and occasional adult classes. Positions include free private housing, free Mandarin lessons, and a comprehensive benefits package.

About Us

California Sunshine is a high-quality school in Harbin, certified as a Harbin model school. Our students range in age from 4 to adult, with the majority between 6 and 12. On-site classes for children and teenagers have a class limit of 15 students; we also hold occasional adult classes both on-site and at company offices.

• Applicants must be native English speakers from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa (these are the only countries for which we can issue visa paperwork)

About Harbin

Harbin is one of China’s largest cities with a rich history and a mix of Chinese and Russian architecture. The city center has over 8 million people. Harbin offers many activities including dining, karaoke, sports (bowling, pool, badminton, ping pong), gyms, movie nights, and trips to pubs or clubs. Nearby attractions include skiing, hiking, rafting, and scenic locations. In winter Harbin is famous for its unique ice and snow sculptures. Travel to Beijing or the seaside is about 5–6 hours by train; overnight sleeper trains are a cheap and convenient option.
