English Teacher in Elblag Poland

Regent College International Schools, located in Elbląg in the north of Poland, is looking for an enthusiastic English as a Foreign Language Teacher to teach children aged 7+, teenagers, and adults.

Requirements:

• native speaker of English
• university degree
• qualifications to teach English as a Foreign/Second Language (CELTA, TESOL, or similar)
• a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching EFL/ESL
• an open and friendly attitude
• willingness to deliver lessons in a creative and resourceful way

The school offers:

• an initial 10-month contract between 1 September 2026 and 25 June 2027 (34 weeks of teaching), with the possibility of extension upon successful completion of the first year
• a guaranteed average of 20 to 24 hours of 45-minute lessons per week, with the possibility of overtime
• a locally competitive monthly salary of around 4100 to 4900 PLN net
• a furnished, en-suite single room with Internet access in a comfortable, self-contained part of university accommodation located a 10-minute walk from the school (rent and bills worth up to 1300 PLN per month covered by the school)
• catering at our own Lovely Kitchen on school days (home-made 3-meal lunches worth 5000 PLN per year)
• full health insurance from the first day of employment, pension, and social insurance
• full induction training with support and guidance from programme coordinators and the school office throughout the course of employment
