Our curriculum at Doctor English Academy is not the typical Korean curriculum. It was created by experienced teachers and offers engaging, student-centered lessons. Instead of following set course books, teachers have the freedom to shape lessons based on a Skills Roadmap, making classes more interactive and enjoyable, often centered around games.

The academy is American-owned and was established in 2015. Our owner is also an educator and understands the different perspectives of students, teachers, and parents, helping to create a supportive environment for everyone.

Key details:

• Salary: 2.5~3.3+ Million Won + Benefits + Housing Allowance, based on experience, degree, and Korean speaking ability.
• Working Hours: 1pm to 9pm, six classes daily, with no split shifts or weekend classes, and adequate breaks between classes.
• Student Levels: Elementary and Middle School, with small class sizes and a range of levels from Phonics to Conversation Classes.
• Location: Cheongju, a city south of Seoul, easily accessible and offering all amenities for a comfortable stay in Korea.
