English Teacher in Cheolsan Korea
About this position
Start Date: October 26th 2026
- Salary: 2.2m~ + housing provided (5 minutes' walk from Cheolsan Station)
- Housing Option: One-room furnished housing or housing allowance
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Students: 8 to 16 years old, mostly elementary and middle school students
- Location: Cheolsan Station, Line 7, Cheolsan, Gwangmyeong-si (close to Seoul)
- E2 visa support
- Severance payment provided
- 50% medical insurance and national pension provided
- Paid vacation: 15 days and all national holidays
Requirements
- Native English speaker with a valid passport from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or another English-speaking country
- Kind-hearted and positive attitude
- Love for children and teaching
- Creative thinker
- Team worker
- Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university in one of the countries above, with apostille required
- Clean criminal record from your country

About Us
We have been teaching English to children for over 20 years, formerly known as Jungchul and now operating under the name Willgrow. We are currently hiring a native English-speaking teacher to join our team.
At our academy, native teachers lead speaking instruction, while our Korean teachers focus on grammar and reading comprehension. This division works well only when both sides communicate closely and share responsibility for each student's progress, so we are looking for a teacher who takes real ownership of students' speaking development and works as a true partner with the Korean teaching team, not just as a separate track.
