About this position
KOJEN English Centers in Taiwan are looking for enthusiastic children's English teachers to join their team. KOJEN was founded by Kenneth Hou in the 1980s to address the growing need for English education in Taiwan. In collaboration with English Language Services (ELS), KOJEN has become one of the most reputable English institutes in Taiwan, with over 1,000 teachers and staff across more than 40 branches in the country.
Currently, there are openings in Taipei City, New Taipei City, and Kaohsiung City. KOJEN offers a variety of courses for learners of all age groups, including preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults.
At KOJEN, teachers use a student-centered approach to education, encouraging students to explore language choices and construct meaning from linguistic input. This approach aims to enhance linguistic sensitivity and promote greater awareness in language use. KOJEN provides a well-developed curriculum suitable for both novice and experienced teachers. To maintain teaching quality, KOJEN does not operate on a franchise model.
