English Teacher for Children and Adults

Job Description

• Conduct English classes and support related activities, including extracurriculars if necessary.
• Plan and prepare lessons, assess student performance, and provide feedback.
• Monitor student progress using program KPIs.
• Participate in required training sessions and events.
• Communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and uphold a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching English to children or adults.
• Bachelor’s degree along with a teaching certificate (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GMAT, or experience teaching children aged 4–15.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Gmail is advantageous.
• Availability of at least 40 hours per month, including weekday evenings and weekends.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to long-term career development.
