English Teacher at Dongbuk Elementary School

Dongbuk Elementary School in Seoul is looking to hire English native teachers for the second semester of the 2026 academic year. Selected candidates must currently be based in Korea and have at least one year of experience in the field.

Job Details

• Starting Date: August 20, 2026
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Scheduled Classes Per Week: 20 classes
• Salary: KRW 2.5 million per month, with increments based on experience and possession of a teaching certificate. Additional compensation is provided for summer and winter camps, as well as after-school programs.
• Housing: Monthly housing allowance of KRW 500,000 (key money not provided)
• Paid Vacation: 10 days according to the school calendar
• Benefits: National Pension and Medical insurance (50% covered by the school); possibility of contract extension for the 2027 school year
