Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate certificate or diploma in TESOL (Master's degree preferred).
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous in-person classroom teaching experience.
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using educational technology.
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with English language learners, demonstrating empathy, cultural awareness, and an understanding of second-language acquisition.
- Experience designing and delivering learner-centered instruction aligned with curricular objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to teaching.
Working Conditions
- Full-time (44 hours per week).
