Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit and onboard new corporate training teachers. Provide orientation and mentorship to ensure readiness.
- Teacher Management: Assign and manage teacher schedules. Ensure classes run smoothly and meet client expectations. Oversee teaching materials and related documentation.
- Evaluation & Development: Support class observations and provide performance feedback. Promote teacher development and respond to student concerns.
- Teaching Support: Substitute and teach classes when needed.
- Administration & Quality Assurance: Track teaching hours for payroll. Analyze student satisfaction and lead improvement actions. Support other academic tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification required (CELTA is a plus)
- At least 5 years of English teaching experience or experience in teacher management
- Background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks effectively
- Able to work at both branches, depending on position location
Working Conditions
- 5 days work week (2 days off on weekdays)
- VISA and work permit provided
- 3 months probation period; benefits from AUA will be provided after passing probation
