English Conversation Teacher

No TEFL required; lesson plans and relocation support provided! SINE (Sine Education Service Co., Ltd.) is seeking enthusiastic and friendly native English speakers to join our team for the upcoming school year starting May 2026. This role places teachers in government schools across Bangkok, Central Thailand, and Isaan. Contracts run from your earliest available start date to March 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about helping students improve their conversational English skills. As an English Conversation Teacher at SINE, your primary role will be to engage students in interactive speaking and listening activities that build confidence and fluency in English. No previous teaching experience or specific degree major is required; we provide complete lesson plans, teaching materials, and training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Teach practical English communication focused on speaking and listening
• Use provided textbooks, PowerPoints, and teaching equipment
• Follow SINE lesson plans and guidelines to deliver engaging lessons
• Work with in-school coordinators and managers to support student learning

Salary and Benefits

• Starting Salary: ฿35,000 THB per month
• Contract Completion Bonus: Up to ฿10,000 THB (฿20,000 THB full contract bonus, pro-rated depending on start date)
• Paid Leave: A minimum of 2 weeks paid holiday in October, plus paid Thai public holidays
• Teaching Load: Maximum 24 teaching hours per week
• Work Permit and Visa Support: Fully handled by SINE’s dedicated visa team
• Visa Reimbursement: Up to ฿9,000 THB reimbursed upon contract completion, with additional up-front support for teachers in Bangkok
• In-School Support: Each school has a dedicated SINE coordinator
• Relocation Assistance: Reimbursement for airport taxi on arrival and local assistance in finding accommodation
• Health Insurance: Coverage through Allianz
• Paid training and ongoing administrative and IT support

Qualifications

• Native English speaker (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the USA)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (any field)
• No prior teaching experience required; lesson plans and training are provided
• Age: 55 years of age or under
