About Us

Kang Chiao International School, Qingshan Campus is seeking full-time Language Arts teachers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education (BEd) or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE (TEFL teachers are not eligible for this position).
• Valid public school teaching certification (QTS, SACE, or an active teacher license/certification in your home country).
• APRC or Marriage Visa with working rights in Taiwan.
• A minimum of one year of elementary school teaching experience in Asia or in your home country.
• Clear national background check from your home country (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the US).
• Clean bill of health (to be completed in Taiwan).

Remuneration Package

• Monthly salary: NT$84,000–NT$100,000+ per month (including housing and transportation bonuses; dependent on education, experience, and qualifications).
• Airfare reimbursement: NT$30,000.
• Settling-in allowance: NT$7,500 per month for the first four months of employment.
• Bonuses: Attendance bonus and performance incentives totaling a minimum of NT$16,000 per year.
• Paid vacation: 10 days during winter and 20 days during summer (plus an additional 10 days when re-signing a new contract), plus national holidays.
• Sick leave: 12 days per year (half-day pay with doctor's note).
• Contract completion bonus: NT$40,000.
• Re-signing bonus: NT$40,000.
• Health insurance provided.
