Our academy uses a teacher-developed curriculum focused on skill-based lessons. Teachers have the freedom to teach creatively and make a real difference in students' education.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education or a related field
• Basic Korean language ability
• Fun, energetic, and creative with a passion for helping children learn
• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience

Responsibilities

• Teach ABCs and phonics to elementary students
• Lead discussion classes for middle school students
• Use games, teachable moments, and motivation techniques to engage students

Schedule

• Work hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• 5 to 6 classes per day
• No split shifts and no weekend classes
• 10-minute breaks between classes
• 1.5 hours of prep time daily
