About this position
KIUM English Academy is currently looking for a native English teacher to join their team in Dongtan, Gyeonggi-do. The academy specializes in teaching elementary and middle school students in a structured and supportive environment. It offers a well-established curriculum, teaching materials, and clear lesson guidelines to ensure consistency and organization in classes.
Position Details
- Start Date: Flexible in December 2026
- Contract Length: 12 months
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Working Hours: 1:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Teaching Hours: Up to 25 hours per week
- Students: Elementary and Middle School
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary starting from KRW 2.3 million per month
- Monthly housing allowance of KRW 400,000
- Total package: KRW 2.7 million per month
- 10 working days of paid vacation

- Severance pay as per Korean labor laws
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- E-2 or F-series visa for employment in Korea
- Prior teaching experience with elementary and middle school students
