Position Details

Requirements

  • Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Recent experience teaching in Early Years settings

Responsibilities

  • Main Early Years Class Teacher: Lead a class of no more than 25 students, supported by two qualified co-teachers (Thai and non-Thai). Follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, use the provided worksheets and resources, attend a pre-service introduction training, participate in termly evaluations, and contribute new ideas while working within a collaborative framework.
  • After-School or Weekend Activities (Optional, with Extra Pay): Small classes of up to 15 students offering Arts and Crafts, Music and Dance, Mandarin, and English. Extra compensation: 590 THB/hour.
  • Termly School Excursions: Held once per term. Parents and Thai teachers assist, and teachers lead the activities and supervise the group.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Two consecutive days off per week, typically Saturday and Sunday; flexible by term
