We are Satit RTU International School, affiliated with Ratchathani University, a private university in Ubon Ratchathani. Please note that there are two other universities in Ubon Ratchathani - Ubon Ratchathani University and Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University - both public - so there can be some confusion with the name. Our school is centrally located on the ring road, directly opposite CentralPlaza Department Store.

Position Details
- Position: Early Years Main Teacher

- Salary: 45,000 THB/month
- Housing Allowance: 2,000 THB/month
Requirements
- Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree
- Recent experience teaching in Early Years settings

Responsibilities
- Main Early Years Class Teacher: Lead a class of no more than 25 students, supported by two qualified co-teachers (Thai and non-Thai). Follow the Cambridge Early Years Curriculum, use the provided worksheets and resources, attend a pre-service introduction training, participate in termly evaluations, and contribute new ideas while working within a collaborative framework.
- After-School or Weekend Activities (Optional, with Extra Pay): Small classes of up to 15 students offering Arts and Crafts, Music and Dance, Mandarin, and English. Extra compensation: 590 THB/hour.
- Termly School Excursions: Held once per term. Parents and Thai teachers assist, and teachers lead the activities and supervise the group.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Two consecutive days off per week, typically Saturday and Sunday; flexible by term
