Early Years Teacher in Bangkok

Norwich International School Bangkok is inviting applications for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher (Native English Speaker) to join our team starting on August 3, 2026.

Our school, situated in the Rama 2 area of Bangkok, provides a high-quality education in an inclusive and caring environment. We are inspired by the Curiosity Approach and follow the EYFS Framework, creating an engaging learning atmosphere where children can explore and develop a love for learning.

We are seeking a teacher who values early childhood development and can nurture each child's individuality, confidence, and creativity. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional learning experiences through child-led, inquiry-based teaching and actively engage with families.

Essential Requirements

• Native English Speaker
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent)
• Minimum of two years of Early Years teaching experience
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with the EYFS Framework
• Understanding of the Curiosity Approach
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for child-centred and inquiry-based learning
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

• Experience in an international school setting
