Norwich International School Bangkok is seeking an outstanding, passionate, and dedicated Native English-Speaking Early Years Teacher to join our growing Early Years Department from 3 August 2026.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood development and understands the importance of nurturing each child's individuality, confidence, and creativity. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences through child-led, inquiry-based teaching and strong partnerships with families.

Essential Requirements

  • Native English speaker
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent)
  • Minimum two years of Early Years teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of the EYFS Framework will be an advantage
  • Understanding of and experience with the Curiosity Approach
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A genuine passion for child-centred and inquiry-based learning
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in an international school setting
  • Experience working within a multicultural environment
