Early Years Teacher Bangkok

Australian International School Bangkok is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development through intentional teaching and inquiry.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and organized learning environment that fosters independence, confidence, and curiosity.
• Monitor, assess, and document children's learning and development.
• Build positive partnerships with families through regular communication and reporting.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants, specialist teachers, and support staff.
• Contribute to the school community through meetings, professional development, and events.
• Adhere to AISB's commitment to child safeguarding, wellbeing, and high professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood/Primary) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with an Early Years qualification.
• Current teacher registration or eligibility in the home country or Thailand.
• Minimum of two years of full-time Early Years teaching experience.
• Native English proficiency from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, or South Africa.
• Strong understanding of play-based pedagogy and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using technology for teaching and communication.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
