Early Years Nursery Teacher

Ascot International School is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant Early Learning Centre, working with our youngest learners (Nursery / EY1 – 2-year-olds). This is a full-time teaching position in a warm, inclusive, and play-based learning environment where every child is known, valued, and supported in thriving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, play-based Early Years programme that supports holistic child development
• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support an inclusive classroom where all learners feel a sense of belonging
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection

Qualifications

• Qualified in Early Years Education
• Experience working with Nursery-aged children (2-year-olds)
• Fluent English speaker; undergraduate studies must have been in English
• Committed to play-based, inquiry-led learning
• Strong understanding of inclusive education practices
• Places safeguarding and student wellbeing at the centre of their work
• Collaborative, reflective, and committed to ongoing professional growth
