Early Years Lead Teacher

Exciting opportunity to join HEI Schools Bangkok as a Lead Teacher. Are you passionate about early childhood education? We are seeking Early Childhood Education teachers experienced with children aged 18 months to 6 years to join our new campuses: HEI Schools Bangkok Ekamai–Ramintra.

About Us

HEI Schools Bangkok is the Finnish International School/Kindergarten for students aged 1.5 to 6 years. The pedagogy and curriculum are designed based on the latest research in early childhood education from our co-founding partner, the University of Helsinki, aiming to enhance a child’s active participation, curiosity and creativity through play and exploration.

Start Date

Start date: August 2026. The Ekamai–Ramintra campuses will welcome their first students for the academic year starting in September 2026.

Responsibilities

Work as a Lead Teacher in Early Childhood Education, planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children aged 18 months to 6 years and supporting the growth of a collaborative classroom team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in an Early Childhood Education setting
• Native English speakers preferred
• International work experience preferred
• Experience working as a team leader preferred
