Early Years Homeroom Teacher

Kids Avenue International Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to deliver high-quality education aligned with the EYFS framework for children aged 2 to 6 years.

Start Date: May-June 2026

Location: Sriracha, Chonburi, Thailand (30 minutes from Pattaya, 2 hours from Bangkok)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 43 teaching hours per week

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and care for a group of young learners (ages 33) throughout the school day
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment aligned with the EYFS framework
• Teach 46 well-planned lessons per week using play-based, hands-on approaches
• Promote life skills and independence through Montessori-style routines and practical tasks
• Use Positive Discipline to guide behaviour and help children develop self-regulation and social-emotional skills
• Join and scaffold children's play, exploration, and communication throughout daily routines
• Write short, timely daily reports for each child and maintain open, respectful communication with parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing classroom environment
• Collaborate with teaching teams and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
• Observe and support children's development, helping each child grow with confidence and joy

Qualifications

• Love working with children ages 3 to 6 years
• At least a Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Education
• Ability to communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
• New graduates are welcome, and training will be provided
• An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to all tasks

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: THB 18,00022,000, depending on qualifications and experience
• Contract: 2 or 3 academic years
• 3-month probation period
• Visa and work permit provided, processed before employment begins
