OwlAble Wit School in Bangkok is expanding and is excited to announce an opportunity for an Early Years English Educator for the academic year 2026. We are seeking a passionate and qualified female English teacher to join our dedicated team starting in May 2026.

Position: Early Years English Educator
Location: Rama 2, Bangkok
Salary: 40,000–45,000 THB per month
Starting Date: May 2026

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified female NES teacher with the following requirements:

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood preferred) or a BA with TESOL/TEFL certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Kindergarten teaching experience; specific experience with Early Years (ages 2-4) is highly desirable.
• Gender: Female NES (Native English Speaker) preferred.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Specializes in Early Years education with a strong understanding of child development stages and a passion for Sensorial Learning.
• Enjoys designing hands-on activities, DIY teaching aids, and lesson plans that enhance fine and gross motor skills.
• Manages classrooms of toddlers with patience, energy, and a focus on positive discipline.

General Duties:

• Develop and implement active learning lesson plans based on the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum.
• Encourage 21st-century skills through simulated environments and direct sensory experiences.
• Monitor and document developmental milestones of students aged 2-4 years.
