We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified female NES teacher.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood preferred), or a BA with TESOL/TEFL certification.
• At least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience.
• Experience with the Early Years (ages 2-4) is a significant advantage.
• Female NES (Native English Speaker) preferred.

• Early Year Specialist: Deep understanding of child development stages and a passion for sensorial learning.
• Creative Architect: Enjoys designing hands-on activities, DIY teaching aids, and lesson plans that stimulate both fine and gross motor skills.
• Nurturing Classroom Leader: Has exceptional skills in managing a classroom of toddlers with patience, energy, and a positive discipline mindset.

General Duties

• Design and implement active learning lesson plans based on the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum.
• Foster 21st-century skills through simulated environments and direct sensory experiences.
• Monitor and document the developmental milestones of students aged 2-4 years.
