Early Childhood Teacher Development Lead

Earl Montessori in Bangkok is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher Development Lead to support teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education. This role involves training, coaching, classroom observation, and professional development to ensure the consistent application of Earl's educational standards across all branches.

Role Purpose

The primary aim is to enhance teachers' capabilities by strengthening their teaching practices, with a focus on Montessori principles and child development techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and continuous training for teachers.
• Support the application of Montessori principles and child development practices.
• Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach teachers in classroom management and daily teaching practices.
• Develop practical teaching resources, guides, and learning materials.
• Assist teachers in implementing curriculum and classroom activities.
• Monitor teacher development and identify areas for further training.
• Provide training support for new or expanding branches.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in early childhood education (ages 0–6).
• Strong understanding of child development and classroom practices.
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, or training teachers is an advantage.
• Montessori experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, supportive, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
