Early Childhood Program Teacher

Daniel International School is seeking a Native English Speaker (NES) Early Childhood Program Teacher to join our team in Surat Thani.

This full-time position offers a minimum salary of ฿50,000 per month. The ideal candidate will support and embody the school's Mission and Core Values while facilitating student achievement of the DIS Student Learner Outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective instruction aligned with the CEL-5D teaching and learning framework.
• Integrate biblical understandings and promote spiritual growth.
• Serve as the homeroom teacher in the Early Childhood Program.
• Be placed in Nursery, K1 & K2, or K3 depending on qualifications.
• Contribute to co-curricular activities and spiritual life programs such as chapel.

Qualifications and Experience

Nursery:

• Experience working with children required
• Bachelor’s degree or teacher certification preferred
• Experience with HighScope or another play-based curriculum preferred

K1 & K2:

• Experience working with children
• Degree in early childhood or elementary education required
• English proficiency

K3:

• Experience working with children
• Bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education required
• English proficiency

For all levels:

• English proficiency (native speaker preferred)
• At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred
• Experience teaching in international schools preferred
