Corporate English Instructor

Bangkok Glass is Thailand’s leading glass manufacturer and the proud owner of BGPU, one of the top football clubs in Thai League 1. We recently established an on-site Language Center at our Rojana plant in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, to enhance the English communication skills of our employees, focusing on speaking and listening in a practical and engaging way.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging conversational English lessons to small groups of 5–6 students in a fun, supportive environment.
• Help learners improve their speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills.
• Organize and conduct occasional English language activities or cultural events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and positive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Native English speaker (UK preferred, but other native English backgrounds are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with adults or corporate learners.
• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and the ability to adapt to learners’ needs.
• Positive attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to contribute to a growing language center.

Employment Terms & Benefits

• Contract-based employment: 6 months per term, renewable upon mutual agreement.

Interview Process

• First round: Online interview via Microsoft Teams.
• Second round: Face-to-face interview at our Head Office, including a 10-minute trial teaching session.
