Conversational English Teacher

No TEFL required; lesson plans and relocation support provided. SINE is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Native English Speakers to join our team for the upcoming school year starting in May 2026.

About the Role

We are hiring English Conversation Teachers for SINE's Total Conversation Program to work in government schools across Bangkok, Central Thailand, and Isaan. Contracts run from your earliest available start date to March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Engage students in interactive speaking and listening activities
• Teach practical English communication to build confidence and fluency
• Use provided textbooks, PowerPoints, and teaching materials

What We Provide

• Complete lesson plans, teaching materials, and training
• Support with work permits, visas, health insurance, and IT
• Dedicated in-school coordinator and management support
• Paid training

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary: ฿35,000 THB per month
• Contract completion bonus: up to ฿10,000 THB (฿20,000 THB full contract bonus, pro-rated depending on start date)
• Paid leave: minimum of 2 weeks paid holiday in October, plus Thai public holidays
• Teaching load: maximum 24 teaching hours per week
• Visa & work permit support: fully handled by SINE’s visa team
• Visa reimbursement: up to ฿9,000 THB reimbursed upon contract completion, with additional up-front support for teachers in Bangkok
• Relocation assistance: reimbursement for airport taxi on arrival and local assistance finding accommodation
• Health insurance: coverage through Allianz

Qualifications

• Native English speaker (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the USA)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (any field)
• Age: 55 years of age or under
• No prior teaching experience required; all lesson plans and training provided
