Chinese Teacher Primary to Lower Secondary

Glory Singapore International School in Bangkok is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Chinese Teacher for Primary to Lower Secondary levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of 35,000 to 38,000 Baht per month.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan with 30 forty-minute periods per week.
• Instruct students in the alphabet, numeracy, and personal, social, and emotional skills.
• Organize learning materials and maintain communication with parents.
• Assess student progress regularly and encourage cooperation and sharing among students.
• Comply with teaching standards and safety regulations, and ensure the safeguarding of children.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience.
• Knowledge of child development and current educational practices.
• Creative teaching abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, patience, and flexibility skills.
• A teaching license and a Bachelor's degree in Education are required.
• Applicants must be currently residing in Thailand.
• A valid criminal background check and two references are also required.

Selection Process

Candidates will undergo a paper test, interview, and class demonstration.
