About this position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated native teacher to join our team of learning analysts as a junior learning analyst at KEDTECH NETHERLANDS, which is based in Rotterdam. While our parent company and core team are in the Netherlands, this role involves working with our subsidiary, JSKRAMAR S.R.O., located in Zlate Moravce, Slovakia, starting in September 2026. JSKRAMAR S.R.O. is a Cambridge English exam preparation centre.
Our current onsite team in Zlate Moravce includes a seasoned US colleague with extensive ESL industry experience, who will start in September 2026 alongside the candidate selected in this round. The rest of our development and analyst teams operate remotely; we therefore require candidates who are comfortable and effective working within a very small, closely knit team.

Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction with a passion for working with people
- Teach English conversation
- Prepare learners for Cambridge English exams
- Beta test our proprietary LMS system, Realspeak
- Beta test our suite of microservices that deliver personalized language learning content in a classroom setting
- Rate Realspeak-generated classroom activities to help train our AI models
- Complete simple debugging processes and programming tasks in Python
- Strong teamwork skills
- At least 5 years of teaching experience
- A bachelor’s degree (applied linguistics is a plus)
- Strong curiosity and a passion to learn about large language models and core IT concepts
- Willingness to learn programming in Python (PCEP/PCAP certification training is part of employment and included in the workday)
- A passport from one of the following countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America. Due to EU visa regulations, candidates from other countries will not be considered. Having an EU member state passport is a strong plus.

- Lesson workload (testing the software): 16–18 lessons per week (45 minutes each)
- Working week: 27 hours (testing the Realspeak LMS, working with LLMs and image-generation technologies, and working on certificates and upskilling — lesson workload included)
- Upskilling and studies (learning to program, working towards ICT certifications — PCEP, PCAP, PCPP1 and eventually PCPP2): minimum 13 hours a week; time set and managed by the analyst
- Compensation: 1014 EUR/month (netto)
