About this position

SPEP is hiring a full-time Business English and Communication Skills instructor for Gyeonggi (경기), Korea. The position begins May 4, 2026 and includes classroom and online teaching for business professionals.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be native English speakers from USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa to be eligible for an E2 visa
  • Must hold a minimum of a bachelor degree from an accredited four-year university located in a country in which the native language is English (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa)
  • Must have original diploma notarized with an Apostille
  • Must have a nationwide criminal background check with an Apostille
Basic Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the corporate field (over 1 year) or teaching business English (over 1 year) is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or English is preferred
Locations & Schedule
  • Full-time location: Gyeonggi (경기) including Uiwang, Pangyo, Dongtan, Gwangmyeong, Yongin, Anyang, Hwasung, Online, etc.
  • Class schedule: 5 to 8 teaching hours per day
  • Typical hours (Monday to Friday):
    • 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
    • 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
    • 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Lunch and/or dinner break available
  • Training: Three to five days at SPEP HQ in Seoul
  • Start date: May 4, 2026
Salary
  • Based on 100 to 120 teaching hours: 2.5 to 2.87 million KRW per month
  • Extra housing stipend of 400,000 KRW provided for E2 and F visa holders only
