British English Language Instructor
About this position
Bangkok Glass Public Company Limited is seeking an English Language Instructor with British nationality to join its Language Center at the Rojana Industrial Park in Ayutthaya, Thailand.
As one of Thailand's leading industrial organizations, Bangkok Glass Group operates in glass packaging, consumer packaging, and related industries. It also owns BG Pathum United Football Club.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging conversational English lessons to small groups of employees, helping them improve speaking, listening, pronunciation, and workplace communication skills.
Responsibilities

Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with approximately 16-18 teaching hours per week. Fridays are reserved for lesson preparation and learner support, with no evening or weekend classes.
Qualifications
- British nationality
- Native-level English speaking ability
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional mindset
A TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Interview Process
The interview process involves two stages: an online interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a face-to-face interview at Bangkok Glass Headquarters, which includes a 10-minute trial teaching session.
