Bangkok Secondary English and Math Teachers

SIAM Computer & Language School is currently accepting applications from native English speakers (NES) and Filipino teachers for new teaching positions starting in April and this month in the Minburi / Rom Klao and Prawet / Dok Mai areas of Bangkok.

Due to continued program expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and professional teachers to join our established team at one of our flagship client schools near Rom Klao Rd and a new project in the Prawet / Dok Mai area of Bangkok.

Founded in 1979, SIAM has been a trusted name in education in Thailand for over 40 years. Many of our teachers have stayed with us for 10+ years, reflecting the supportive working environment and stability we aim to provide.

Both schools provide well-equipped campuses featuring air-conditioned classrooms, smart boards, etc. Strong compensation packages are available for successful candidates.

Current openings

• Rom Klao
  • Filipino Math & English Teacher – Secondary levels (M1–M3 only)
  • The teacher should still be capable of teaching math to all secondary levels, even though the role only covers up to M3.
  • NES English Teacher – Secondary levels (up to M6)
  • Must be confident teaching writing and IELTS preparation in addition to 4-skills English.
  • Should be dynamic and possess strong student-centered teaching skills.

• Prawet
  • NES English Teacher – Secondary levels (up to M6)
  • Must be confident teaching 4-skills English, critical reading, and exam preparation.
  • Should be dynamic and possess strong student-centered teaching skills.

Upcoming positions

Additional positions are opening for experienced social studies teachers at a new project starting May 18. Candidates should have a strong background in social studies.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (original copies and transcripts required for visa/work permit processing. A degree in Mathematics or a related field is required for the advertised math positions.)
• 120-hour TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification
• Prior teaching experience in Thailand is preferred, or relevant teaching experience abroad
• Professional, reliable, and well-prepared classroom approach
• Age guideline: 23–55 (client-specified)
• Currently located in Thailand with a valid visa
• Familiarity with basic online teaching platforms
