Pagoda Education Group is hiring English teachers in Seoul and Busan. Join a leader in English education since 1983. We are hiring passionate teachers for full-time, 12-month contracts across 10 locations. Part-time/freelance roles are also available for F-visa holders and Korean nationals.

About Us

• Adult learners: small groups (4–10) or 1:1 classes; no unpaid administrative tasks.
• Work-life balance: 34–38 teaching hours per week; 10–15 days paid vacation.

Compensation & Housing

• Seoul (Group/1:1): 2.5M KRW base + bonuses; housing support up to 10M key money or 250K rent.
• Busan (Group): 2.2M KRW base + bonuses; 5M key money + 250K rent (or 500K rent).
• Busan (1:1): 2.1M KRW base + bonuses; 5M key money + 250K rent (or 500K rent).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and criminal background check (both apostilled).
• E2 visa sponsorship available; F-visa holders and Korean nationals welcome.
• Enthusiasm for teaching motivated adult learners.
