Job Summary

The Admissions Manager plays a central leadership role within the Operations Department, coordinating a multicultural team and working closely with academic and administrative leadership to align admissions, compliance, and communication systems with the school’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, and enrolment at KKIS.
  • Supervise the Admissions Officer (Burmese-English speaking), Compliance Officer (Thai), and the Program Support Team (Thai, Burmese, and Filipino staff).
  • Ensure operations are consistent, culturally sensitive, and aligned with KKIS standards.
  • Maintain smooth communication between families, the Operations Department, and the school’s leadership team.
  • Ensure accurate data management and effective feedback systems to enhance parent satisfaction and institutional efficiency.
Team

All teachers are international NES. The Admissions Manager acts as the bridge between families and school leadership while coordinating a multicultural staff.
