M.A. degree in TESOL
Graduate of Northern Illinois University with B.A. degrees in Anthropology and Spanish. M.A. degree in Teaching English as a Second (or Foreign) language. Extensive experience in jobs relating to human services, including customer relations, instruction (in both one-on-one and classroom settings), advocacy, and early childhood development. Background in education, with experience in teaching preschool to middle school- age children, as well as teaching English and Spanish to adults. Extensive experience in assisting and overseeing fellow instructors and delegating their workload.

Fluent in Spanish, with a working knowledge of Korean, Quichua and German; able to learn new languages quickly and proficiently. Well-traveled and possessing a compassionate spirit toward all people groups, having participated in volunteer groups working with both adults and children in South America, Europe, and Israel. Able to adjust well to new surroundings, people, and challenges.
