What you’ll be doing:

1. Deliver and assess the English Program online and face-to-face.
2. Develop and deliver lesson plans with clear objectives.
3. Record and maintain all assessment results within the online platform.
4. Monitor student progress and provide comprehensive intervention strategies for support.
5. Participate in staff meetings.
6. Cultivate an engaging and positive learning environment for students.

To impress us, you’ll need:

1. Attention to detail.
2. Strong interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence.
3. Computer and application knowledge (Google suite, Outlook, internet, Microsoft Word & Excel).
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Education and Role Essentials:

1. Master's or bachelor's in  English or any related degree or certificate.
2. minimum of 2 years experience in managing and/or teaching English programs.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Availability to teach both the AM and PM sessions.
