About the Job

Fifth Wings Japan is seeking 2 teachers (Males teachers preferred) who are passionate, dedicated and experienced Kindergarten and Elementary School teachers for April 1st 2023.

Job brief: 

We are seeking experienced kindergarten and elementary school teachers to teach at various locations.

The qualified teachers must have a great love and patience for children. Qualifications needed to teach them effectively include knowledge of best practices and kindergarten and elementary school educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention. 

Candidates need to be highly professional individuals, punctual and reliable. The candidate should have a vibrant, upbeat personality. This person should love KIDS.  This candidate should also be a creative person ready to share ideas and collaborate.

These candidates should have experience in handling multiple age ranges as young as 3 up until 12 years of age, and should have an advanced understanding of their capabilities and development patterns.

The candidates will be responsible for bringing energy to the position with their personality and passion for working with children.

The candidate should be self-starters and motivators and eager to build their experience and career in Education.

Responsibilities: 

Develop a careful and creative program suitable for kindergarten and elementary students. 

Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.

Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. 

Collaborate with other educators, staff and managers. 

Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards. 

Requirements: 

Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and kindergarten educational methods. 

Excellent communication and instructional skills. 

Ability to act as mediator between children. 

Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable. 

BSc/BA in education or relevant field preferred.

You must love children, enjoy teaching them and playing with them and be very passionate about teaching.  We would like to have teachers who are caring, loving, creative, flexible, open-minded and a team player.   

Company will sponsor you and give you a full year visa.  The salary is ¥230,000 - ¥250,000 per month, depending on your experience.
