About the School

Private bilingual secondary school in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia is hiring English teachers  (Native speakers only) for the upcoming academic year of 2022-2023. 

Our school was founded in 1999, and we teach with Mongolian National Core Curriculum and British (IPC) International Primary and (IMYC) Middle Years Curriculum. We have about 400 students in grades 1-12, and 40 local and foreign teachers and staff.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: 800 USD per month
Job Type: Full Time

1. 1 way ticket to Ulaanbaatar at the beginning of the contract
2. Non-shared single apartment in Ulaanbaatar city center
3. Utility fees (electricity, water, cable TV, and Wi-Fi) covered
4. Visa sponsorship (application fee not covered)
5. Salary of 800 USD per month after tax

About the Job

Our school is currently hiring English teachers to join our team in the upcoming academic year of 2022-2023.

The contract period is from Sep 01, 2022 till Jun 01, 2023.

Job Description

1. Prepare lesson plans and conduct teaching according to the school curriculum
2. Teach 24 classes per week (Monday-Friday)
3. Conduct tests, mark students achievements
4. Be part of the English department when working on quarter and annual school projects (ABC graduation, School Concert, Competitions etc )

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Native English Speaker  (from the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand)
2. BA degree in teaching or relevant field
3. TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certificate will be appreciated
4. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication
6. Passionate for teaching and working with children
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Well organized and creative
