About the Job

As an elementary school teacher, you’ll develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. You’ll facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students, keeping your learning resources organized and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Your role is to develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude.

You’ll assess and record progress and prepare students for benchmark tests. You’ll link student’ knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, challenging and inspiring students to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding

Qualifications & Requirements

1. English must be your native language.
2. Must have a relevant degree and achieved a qualified/accredited teacher credentials.
3. Minimum two Year of experience in elementary education.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Good judgement and an analytical mind
6. Energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline
7. Initiative, leadership and supervisory skills and teamworking abilities
8. Imagination, creativity and a sense of humour
9. A satisfactory health record and criminal record check.
