About the School

This will be our fourth year at Kazakhstan International Linguistic College (KILC), a college that provides full-time education in English for school children ranging from year 9’s to year 12’s. Our college is based on the English model, as opposed to the American, so the age demographic more closely mirrors that of an American high school, rather than an American college.  At the time of writing, we have over 800 students and we are working hard to add to those numbers for the 2021-2022 academic year.  

In addition to our college, we also provide general English courses for all ages and levels at our chain of English Centers. Our students are usually highly-motivated and range from employees of national companies, to IELTS preparees, to everyday school children engaging in after-school programs. We offer many different courses for students that are planning to study abroad, as well as our annual summer camp programmes. We have THREE professional language centers in the capital city of Nur-Sultan (Astana), with a combined total of over 600 students! Our largest demographic of learners are school children.  

KILC is looking for ESL Teachers with some abilities to promote us and our company for both our College and Language Centers! We are happy consider teachers with little experience or new English teachers!

About the Job

Kazakhstan International Linguistic College is opening 6-12 months contracts for ESL Teachers starting from May - June 2022. We offer After Taxes salary from 800 up to 1200$ + free ticket to KZ (reimbursement)  + free single accommodation +free medical insurance + bonuses upon your performance.   

TEACHING ENVIRONMENT: 

Expected start date from May-June 2022  

A great team of approximately 20 English teachers  

5 working days with two consecutive days off  

Not more than 24 hours of teaching per week 

Children from the age of 8 up to Adults classes, 8 students per class MAX  

Smooth-running classes (we change course teachers 2 times a year)  

Informative and friendly assistance  

 
 

ABOUT YOU:  

Female/Male native English speaker;  
Aged from 20-35;  

Well-organized, professional, and caring.  

Bachelor’s degree is a must;  

TEFL/TESOL/CELTA preferred  

 
 

WORK CONDITIONS: 

Free ticket to Nur-Sultan (Astana) airport pick-up;

After tax Salary from 800 up 1200$ per month;
