Candidate profile

Arkon Education Group is looking for candidates who have the personal characteristics, skills and qualifications that will lead to great quality of service, client satisfaction and teamwork. We will consider your application based on your unique merits and the following requirements:

Essential 

- Expert-user of the language (e.g. for English IELTS Band 8,5-9 / TOEFL 115-120 / C2 Proficiency Certificate)

- Cambridge CELTA certificate with pass (or equivalent)

- Holder of a foreign passport

- Keen to develop professionally

- Hard-working, organized and responsible

- Enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Desirable

- Postgraduate qualification in education (Cambridge DELTA, MA, MSc, MEd, etc.)

- Experienced in teaching learners of different ages and levels

- Able to speak Tajik / Russian

- Experience of working in different countries

Salary and remuneration

We offer contracts for teaching positions with competitive local salary 500-600 USD (depending on qualifications), a bonus system, visa support, paid accommodation, airfare subsidy, paid holidays and health care. Please note: The average monthly salary in Tajikistan is 150 USD, so your discretionary income will be approximately 400 USD per month.
