Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Salary: 17000 RMB - 19000 RMB
Job Type: Full Time

- Monthly performance bonus: 500 RMB- Quarterly bonus: 1500 RMB for attending 3 hours of training- Chinese Lessons for Beginners- 7,000 RMB Contract Completion bonus- 250 RMB Meal Allowance- 5,000 RMB Visa support- can reimburse agency fees- 10 Days paid leave, 11 days Public Holiday- Medical Insurance (Death, Accident and Outpatient Coverage)- Hotel Stay for 10 days- Salary Advance upon completion of training ( 10,000 RMB)- Career development opportunities worldwideWHAT ARE THE TEACHING CONDITIONS?- Student age: Teenagers and adults- Ideal class size: 5-10 students/class- 5 working day including weekends with 30 teaching hours/week and 5 office hours.- 2 days off on weekdays- Local Teaching assistant in each class.
